“We checked in late and the overnight employee was amazing. Helpful and kind. In the morning we woke up to several bugs (large flying ants) in our bathroom. Not a huge deal. I took a couple pictures and showed them to the young man checking us out. He completely dismissed my concerns and said, "OH, I was in room 214 last night and I had a bunch of bugs too." Gross. I am not a guest who complains, but I do work in costumer service and I not happy with being told that this wasn't the only unclean...

“Very helpful staff. They are renovating some areas, but there is no construction debris lying around like you usually see with hotel renovations.
Room was clean. Everything was in good working condition.
Lots of hot water. Extra blanket in the closet if needed, which is rare these days. There were decent toiletries in the bathroom, which was nice since I left mine in the car & didn't feel like going back out.
I do like that the place is pet-friendly for folks traveling with a pet, but the only...
