“Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was it appeared they particle in the no mow may with the grass coming up past well beyond my ankle. The check in was kiosk with a guy named Ace who was super helpful but sometimes the connection would be buggy and I’d miss words he said. The overall room was clean until you looked at the details. A sticky spot on the carpet and the AC hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long with dust and debris inside of it. The hallways had water damage on the tiles.”

“I could not stay at this filthy and unsafe hotel. There were bugs in the room, garbage and dirt on the floor, hair in the shower, filthy shower curtain, used and dirty dental floss on the floor and tears in the sheets. The TV had a large streak down it so that it could not be watched. The security door on the building did not close or lock. There were drug addicts in the parking lot who were banging on my car windows.I had to leave over concerns for my safety. Since there was no hotel staff in...
