“I felt the facility was somewhat dirty. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. When I got out bed, I put my flip flops to walk about the room because of the dirty carpet. Some updating is needed along with new carpet.”

“This property is old and needs improvements. The first room I was in had plumbing issues with. O hot water and a back up in the toilet. When I first got into the room, there was feces waste in the toilet.
The staff moved me to a different room and said they had been having problems with the plumbing in that room.
The second room was better, but the shower hand rail was not attached in the tub. The holes where it was attached were mostly covered with some kind of tape but there was also...

“After a 12 hour drive we arrived around 11:00 at night and walked in to the staff member sleeping. Had to wake her up and then they tried to put us in a dog friendly room due to that was all they had left. We went to the room and it smelled like dog pee so we went back to front desk and she said she couldn’t change room without her boss.
