“It's a 3-star place for a reason. The room was not at all what the pictures made it look like. The sink is in the room, not in the bathroom, and there's no closet, just a bar with a few hangers. There was a bracket on the wall where a blow drier used to be, but it was missing. When we left for dinner I mentioned it to the desk guy and he said he would bring one up. He never did. The coffee maker and the juice dispenser in the "breakfast area" were both out of order, and the pool is covered and...

“1. I always do the book now and pay later so I know what I’m paying for when I get to the hotel 2. I called the hotel to make sure me arriving early the next morning was ok and they said yes and for some reason they checked me in and charged my card. 3. I wasn’t made aware of that til I went to cancel my stay yesterday and was told by a different employee that I had already been checked in. 4.”

“We stayed 5 nights.The beds and pillows were comfortable. The towels were nice and were replaced everyday which we appreciated as we had a 94 year old with us to assist. We did appreciate the gym facilities.
The staff did not hardly speak any English and were unavailable for many people who were attempting to ask questions and check out. The pool was absolutely filthy, used towels everywhere and turning green. The pool deck was slimy. The public bathrooms by the pool (both)had run out of paper...

“Room was specious and pretty clean but it just had historic/old feeling about it rooms are update but work was not so good breakfast was great staff was kind beds were pretty comfortable but there was connecting room, And you could hear it all its great for short stay but still think it was overpriced for the looks and location room had fridge microwaive iron hairdryer”
