“Has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The wifi never worked, the breakfasts were really bad, the staff hardly spoke English, The friendliness of the front desk was absent and my room was noisy.”

“This is an absolutely gorgeous, wonderful historic inn in Richmond. We booked this hotel at the last minute without knowing anything about it, and we were blown away by how charming and beautiful it is. The interior courtyard was like a secret garden in the city. There's even a friendly hotel cat. We'll be back, and I've already recommended it to several friends.”
