“Conveniently located in a beautiful historic building. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful appearances, the 4 star experience just fell a little short of what we expected for a 4 star hotel. There were moments of delight such as our bags already being brought up to our room before we checked in later, but other things also fell short. “We took our grandkids to the pool area. It was the dirtiest pools we have been in. Being an indoor pool one would think it was heated, well no it wasn’t. The patio area with a fireplace had no cushions out for people to enjoy the area. You now HAVE to pay for parking and WiFi, and you can see alot of beyond usual wear and tear that hasn’t been addressed. The staff wasn’t that great either, it is hard to get good help these days.
