“The bathroom ceiling in our room was peeling/cracking and moldy looking. Looks as if they painted over mouldy ceilings. No fan the bathroom doesn’t help with the poor circulation from the shower steam.
Staff was great tho. Polite and helpful.
The pool and slide was absolute chaos with the other families not watching over their kids and no staff monitoring.”

“The room was very modern, comfortable and clean. It was very close to the waterfront, where we spent most of our time while there.
We didn't care for the barn door on the bathroom. It was a bit noisy. The flooring in the bathroom looked dirty, but I think it was just the flooring material that was used. There was sufficient (open style) closet space, but only one small drawer and only one spot to place luggage. Storage was limited for two people for a stay of a few days.

“Very cool restored hotel, rooms are quite small as an older hotel, however well maintained. Try and get an outside room overlooking the gardens as interior rooms all look at the mechanical on a lower roof.”
