“One of the best places to stay in India. Having traveled to numerous hotels and resorts across the country, very few come close to the comfort, beauty, and attention to detail offered by this retreat.
We stayed in the Chinaar Villa, and it was absolutely stunning. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The living room featured a massage chair, which was an amazing touch after a long day. The rooms were large and well-appointed, with thoughtful snack selections...

“So the stay was good and comfortable and all the basic amenities were there,but when it comes to food it is very costly..normal ginger tea cost was 150rs/ for single cup,I understand hotel is situated on high altitude but the food prices were very high also you can not get taxis easily from outside of the hotel untill you have booked it from there travel desk or you have your own vehicle…rest all was good”

“I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading.
The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. The furniture fabric and cupboards were very dirty, baseboards were not clean, the floor had burn marks, and even the room phone had accumulated dust on it. The washroom...

“Great views and activities, but food needs improvement
We stayed at ITC Welcome, Manali for a day and the property is truly beautiful. The hotel offers stunning views of snow-capped mountains all around, making it a very scenic and peaceful place to stay.
The property has a wide range of activities, which makes it a good choice for guests who prefer spending time within the resort itself. However, the location is quite secluded and far from main Manali, which may not be ideal for those looking...
