“We were charged for a bunch of things we didn’t use as well as double charged for resort fees. The prices are definitely steep and they were understaffed. The pools are small and were cloudy. The sound proofing is also poor. The staff was nice and the room was clean.”

“Staff was very welcoming. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pool area was fun, staff was great, bar and food from the pool bar was good. Kids and adults all had a blast. Definitely recommend.”

“We booked the 2 room villa for our stay. The larger villa has a good full size kitchen, with a large dining room table and outside patio, while the smaller villa has a small kitchenette and small dining table. They come equipped with cups, dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans. The pans were not good quality and our breakfast got stuck on every pan. The king size beds were VERY comfortable, with nice bedding and pillows. The pull out sofas were quite hard to pull out and the bedding sheets they...

“The room didn’t seem like it was in great condition. Pictures and what we actually saw was not similar. No art on any walls. The hallways smelled of weed. And in the morning a giant cockroach was in between the bathroom towels and was crawling all over the bathroom counter. Thankfully they were able to switch our rooms after we requested it to a much nicer room. The key sensor is very annoying too. We kept getting locked out of our rooms and the walk to the lobby was so inconvenient. We made...
