“Over priced for the lack of cleanliness. There was one staff member at the front desk with piercings on her face. Didn't get her name but she was extremely rude. Waited 2 hours for our room to be ready and had no place to go except the pool where there were tons of unsupervised children running wild. I was unable to enjoy the amenities as well as the Jacuzzi because it was always filled with children.
Breakfast and everything else on site was too expensive to waste money.

“L albergo é in una zona strategica fra little Italy e Gaslamp quarter e seaport park sicura adatta anche a passeggiate serali. Come tutti gli USA San Diego ha prezzi abbastanza cari. Albergo grande ma in ordine ha la piscina e la pulizia discreta. Colazione consiglio seaport village. ”

“The shower didn't work properly in our bathroom. A piece of metal fell on my head as I open the bathroom door. The extra moneybi paid for a balcony, it faces the foof with stones on the top.”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable.
I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all.
The bar inside my room was really great!!!”
