“Everything has been redone, it is super clean and neat. Easy on and off the highway. A nice simple breakfast.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“This is the first time we have been disappointed in a Comfort Inn. The pictures on the website were misleading. The lobby was in disarray and the indoor pool had kids with no adults. Our room smelled like it was a smoking room. People hang out in the parking lot (I think living in their car?) with dogs, parting and litter thrown around. I don’t think management actually does anything to prevent this. ”

“This was a great hotel experience. From the front desk people really took care of me. The breakfast was yummy. Place was clean. Everything worked. Even the ice machines were top notch! I would stay here again every time. Highly recommend”

“My third stay at this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near the freeway yet quiet.”

“We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, let us leisurely leave the pool a little past closing hours either out being pushy. Very happy! The hot tub was hot which was a major plus for us.”

“So run down. The ac was old and you could see outside of it. Paneling along the floor was falling off, stains on the walls, but, you get what you pay for i guess. ”

“Worst ever. Bathroom tub all cracked. Sink would not drain. Bed old. Semi clean. Halls smelled. Breakfast wiped out by 7:30 am. Couldn’t wait to leave and would never return.”

“This was oyr second stay in a 2 week time period and the staff was kind and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was welcoming”

“It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio”

“The room was very clean, the only issue was that we had to wait a couple minutes even before 3pm, the check in time, to be able to check in bc the hotel was very busy and the room wasn’t ready, but staff got on it and all good.”

“I haven’t stayed at an Embassy in quite some time, this footprint is like any other Hilton property and not like the original properties. The people were very nice but carpets in hallways were stained. This is a standard commercial mid level hotel with the added amenities of cook to order eggs and a bar.”
