“"Upgrade" us to a suite with two queen beds. We personally wanted a king. Beds were terrible, not comfortable.”

“In the world of UBER and other services many hotels no longer offer shuttle services. I had to depart before they served breakfast so can't comment on that. I had to be at the airport at 3:30 a.m., having to try to get to sleep by 8pm with hallway activity and our room next to laundry made it difficult. Property was clean and staff exceptional. Highly recommend, just plan to use a paid service to get to airport.”

“Didn't like that you had to pay extra for breakfast. Our phone in our room was not operable. The firepit was out of propane for who knows how long, at least two nights and maintenance new about it. I mean really, it would take not even five minutes to change out the tank. Last, I prefer not having to physically check out.”

“The breakfast wasn’t part of the room service which wasn’t explained very well on the web page. The hall ways could use new carpets . Rooms could have Microwave and the TV could be larger”

“Overall, the stay was really good unfortunately, the hot tub is out of order when we were there. Breakfast is really good and the room is very clean and nice.”

“It’s a relatively new facility, so everything looks clean and nice. The lobby and dining area are cozy and feature a modern interior. The complimentary breakfast includes a variety of hot dishes. The location is convenient and close to the airport. One thing they need to improve is their advertised 24/7 coffee and tea service. The coffee and hot water were often unavailable in the evening. One evening, when we asked the front desk staff to make coffee because the coffee tank was completely...

“My teenage daughter said "wow" with a smile. It was that impressive!”

“The heat/ a c unit sounded like a jet airplane. Someone took a shower next door that I could hear like it was right next to the bed. The t v only showed a few channels. I complained to the front desk no response till the third night of my stay they gave me a new room. I had to pack everything to move which was my last night so I had to repack everything in the morning. They did give me a bit of a discount on my final bill still wasn’t worth the hassle”

“Overall, a great experience! The hotel is close to the interstate and the area we needed to visit that night, so it was perfect! Check in/check out was smooth. Queen suite was very spacious and comfortable. Pool looked great, but we didn't use it.”
