“It’s a beautiful hotel—well-presented, clean, and overall lovely. However, the staff experience was disappointing. We arrived for check-in after 4 PM (around 4:30), and our room wasn’t ready. We had an event at 6 PM and needed to prepare, yet we waited 20 to 30 minutes. While they offered two complimentary drinks, I would have preferred timely access to the room. Additionally, they charge around $45–$50 for an “urban experience” that includes a house car service. When I requested the house car...

“Overall, our stay was satisfactory, and we appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was. Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room had a very strong mold smell. The odor was so noticeable that we needed to keep the bathroom door closed and the windows open throughout our stay just to make the room tolerable for sleeping.”

“Perfect for just a room, but don’t expect any amenities such as ice machine, refrigerator, or microwave. The location is incorrect and in a dangerous zone of the city (9th and mesa) and there’s no designated parking space. Overall I had a decent experience but I wouldn’t come back unless I desperately need a cheap room. P.S., the motel is also inaccessible for people with disabilities so be wary of that.”
