“The staff was great, room was perfect and we loved the balcony with the ocean view. We could have sat there all day. Our only complaint is that the chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable. I think they were designed for Admiral General Aladeen's torture chambers!”

“Le camere sono di buone dimensioni, non nuovissime ma accettabili, abbastanza pulite, i letti e gli asciugamani molto buoni. La piscina non è curata molto bene, ma il mare è a 100 mt. Posizione ottima, a 100 mt dalla boardwalk. La colazione è un po' minimal, ma fanno vaffel ottimi”

“After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”

“The hotel is priced well below the boardwalk hotels for a reason. The parking lot is small with trash blowing around and smells like urine. People are sleeping on the sidewalks and begging for money outside. The lobby and hallways smell like a smoking parlor. You can everything from the adjacent rooms and hallway conversations. The bathroom hinges are rusted, mirrors chipped, paint peeling, baseboards haven’t been cleaned in months, headboards are peeling, and bathrooms have mildew. The pictures...

“my room was in the ocean tower, old but maintained. Only thing is the room had a very small bathroom, 1 person max. Contrast that with their rendezvous tower....huge bathroom and decor Desk chair in my room is way to short to do work on the desktop”

“The cleaning levels were absolutely horrible! I asked to be moved from the first room because of heavy dust, only to be checked into another room that was even worst than the first. Dirty stained pillows on the bed, hair on wash cloths, thick dust on head board. Stains on the shower floor. Trash from a container in shower. Stains on and inside of the ice bucket container. Stains on top of dresser and floor. I found an ear ring backing in the bed under the sheets. The list goes on. I have photos...

“Their corner restaurant was great! We had an issue with our key and they arrived in 2 minutes to help us. They were nicer than nice. The people above us were so loud and very inconsiderate of others staying at the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel.”

“Room was dirty and out dated . No TV in the bedroom . My son found pizza under his bed from previous guest and candy wrappers in the draws . There were only big towels no wash clothes . We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . Horrible experience . ”

“Communication was okay. Had a hard time connecting to the WiFi networks. What was provided did not show up. A few outlets did not work by kitchen area and master room. Light in master room did not work.”
