“This is not a resort. In addition the name is deceptive to the real Omni White mountain which is real resort. The Jacuzzi was closed,the outdoor pool was not heated enough to enjoy it,and the sauna was worm. The room was nice although the maid left the hand held shower facing the outside so once I opened the water I got cold water to my face. Breakfast is on the cart serving orange juice from concentrate but otherwise was good you can only select one option. As said I couldn't find anything to...

“The hotel was very clean, decorated well and smelled wonderful! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had a waterfall and regular shower head, which was relaxing. All toiletries provided in pumps were good quality. Nice view of the mountains from our balcony. Restaurants, mountain activities, train station and shops are within a couple of miles of the hotel. Lo staff però è stato super disponibile e hanno rimediato regalandoci una bottiglia di champagne e dandoci una camera di livelli superiore.”
