"I believe the two people in the front was new to the job both friendly and professional but the checking took 10 minutes and I didn’t know why??? Second the internet was horrible and because off that I lost seeing the Knicks game!"

"The door to my room (110) did not feel secure and there was light and air coming in around the edges. The area of the hotel was in a less populated area and somewhat run down. Noise in the hallway outside awakened me and I was concerned for my car."
