“The room was very clean, the only issue was that we had to wait a couple minutes even before 3pm, the check in time, to be able to check in bc the hotel was very busy and the room wasn’t ready, but staff got on it and all good.”

“The room and lobby area was impressively clean. I didn't wake up early enough for the included breakfast. This was not a problem for us as we are deep sleepers, but for someone who is not, they may want to request a room furthest from the express way. Highway traffic noise was not avoidable. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!”

“Need to was the carpet from the room and from aisle going to the pool. Towels from the pool was dirty and the blanket dirtiest as well.”

“I reserved a double queen bed room with extra square feet of room. We arrived an hour eary for the 3 oclock check-in and the room was understandably not ready so we waited until 3 oclock for the stated check-in time. The room still not ready. They did try to accomadate us with a room that was smaller, but was not what we reserved. Rooms are so small these days so we elected to wait. Checked back a couple of more times and it wasnt until 3:45 that the desk finally checked to see why the room...

“There was a minor equipment problem in the handicap room where of the two shades one did not work There was a major problem with noise in the room. The room is on the second floor and apparently the pool must’ve been just below. There were children yelling and screaming continuously for many minutes right at bedtime after 8 o’clock. I called the front desk and was told that the pool would close at 10 that they couldn’t really do something about the noise but also if I would like to move to a...
