“This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. There is a local college at which many of the staff attend when not working at the hotel. The hotel offers snacks...

“This was a great stay at a lovely location…good food at Ellie’s Restaurant too. The only thing that could have improved it would have been a mini fridge, microwave and ironing board in room. So if you’re booking, be sure to check your amenities in your room should you need those items.”

“DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Got there and brought all of our bags in and as I’m bringing last bag my Fiance tells me we can’t stay here. When I asked why she said they just had a roach crawling on our baby (6months). We left immediately (no one was at counter to even checkout). We ended up staying at the Hampton inn in Xenia! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!”

“The room needs some maintenance. Broken dresser, bath/shower and tile has major build up. I think cleaning staff lives there. Wyndham used to be a big name. Not anymore.”

“The check in was easy. The staff were helpful when the room keys were not working, fixed the problem right away. Definitely would stay there again.”

“Pros: -breakfast was good -rooms were clean -rooms had 'constant fan' function for white noise overnight -staff was helpful Cons: -we were on the second floor. You could hear every step the people on the third floor took (and they were just walking normally, not like elephants) -pool was chilly and was SO echoey, it was impossible to hold a conversation”

“TruReview- 2d and last year I will stay at this location hotel. Doors dont work and dont get fixed. Items in rooms constantly broken. I choose this brand across the country and of the dozen or more Ive stayed in, this is the worst for maintenance and broken ammenities.”

“No smoke detector carpet shredded place smelled it was disgusting. Somehow they up charged the rooms to almost $300 a night which I had to pay as we were out of town for a wedding and there is nothing else in the area. Place is a dump wish I could get my money back”

“The rooms were a bit small but very clean. The pillows could use a bit of an upgrade. Laundry is $3 per wash and dry but could not get change at the facility. The staff was excellent! A special thanks to Tawnya!! Breakfast was great. The buffet is $10 if its not included in your room/stay.”

“Property is in need of renovation. Bed was clean and comfortable but that was about it—tub was gross, rugs needed vacuuming especially in hallway”

“My granddaughter loved it, the rest of us not as much. It just seemed a lot of corners were cut and maybe they’re short staffed on cleaning crew. The tp was just on a rod on the wall & fell down all the time, there was flaking paint, stains on the sheets and the toilet was dirty or stained. The hvac did work well, the staff is nice and it was quiet. I’ve definitely stayed at worse places.”
