“Team were positive and reactive. Property was new so its equipment and furniture. The brands are from a a famous supplier such as Bosch. There is not food court to serve breakfast. Communication between reception staff is poor. To adjust AC in your room, you need to call the reception to adjust it remotely. They are very strict when it comes to evict the property at 12pm. They did not agree tpo extend our stay by 1 Hr. although we stayed there for 10 days.”

“L'hotel e' un capolavoro di ingegneria composto da due torri di 52 piani, oltre a 4 piani di parcheggi. Abbiamo soggiornato al piano 42 in un appartamento bellissimo con vista stupenda sulla citta' e sul Bosforo. Ascesori velocissimi e ben modulati assicurano un ottimo confort. Al pian terreno un supermercato assisura le vivande necessarie, almeno per la colazione. “personali in reception maleducati, mi volevo dare camera più piccola di quella che ho prenotato, facevano come fosse niente, anche voi siete scarsi l'operatore non risolto niente, alla fine chiamai la polizia, sono intervenuti per risolvere il problema ”
