“Close to King’s Dominion. Unable to use pool. It was not open.”

“Not a ton of amenities but it’s been updated. Very clean. Good enough for one night after being at King’s Dominion all day. Would not do a long stay here but it’s fine for what we need. Slept great. Mattresses were comfortable.”

“The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our 4 night stay. The beds were so comfortable it felt like we were home. There was Dove shampoo and body wash available to use. We booked a 2 room suite which was perfect for me and my teenage son. There was coffee, hot tea and lemonade available 24 hrs. The linens were soft they did not feel like typical hotel bedding and towels. We were pleased with our stay. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower at Kings Dominion from our room....

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Very nice place to stay at airport.”

“We only stayed one night but the staff was super helpful, curtious and accommodating. One issue, they never responded to my text message asking about the airport shuttle. I sent the inquiry weeks before our visit and even sent a follow up a day or so before our visit - no response. Other than that we had zero issues with the hotel and its staff. We'd certainly stay there again.”

“The heat was working was easy. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean.”

“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator for guests assigned to the second floor. The hotel staff member told me that normally they don’t have customers staying over three days.”

“Breakfast was basic, but good. Our room was nice for the most part with exception of the shower. Practically zero water pressure on hot water setting no matter what time of day you showered. Lights in room not plugged in or didn’t work at all. There were some dirty hand prints around light switches and on backs of doors. Beds were clean and comfortable and AC kept the room nice and cool. Halls were quiet. Pool was small, but clean. There are lots of places to sit and hang out, including a pool...

“No shampoo conditioner or liquid soap. Dispensers there all 3 empty and 1 bar soap on sink was only item. No time to call front desk ask needed to catch flight.”
