“Rimal Rotana Dubai”
L'hotel è pulito e curato, la camera spaziosa e la colazione è abbondante e continentale. Nulla a che vedere però con il "lusso" degli hotel della Dubai nuova (che costano poco più). Lo sconsiglio per la poszione: lontano da tutte le maggiori attrazioni e situato a Deira, parte vecchia di Dubai. Andare in una città come Dubai e soggiornare a Deira (che è l'unica parte vecchia e lontana da tutto) è davvero un controsenso. Io avevo sottovalutato questo aspetto scegliendo questo hotel. I soldi che vi fa riaparmiare li rispenderete con gli interessi per gli spostamenti. Cercate nelle vicinanze del Burj Khalifa o Dubai Mall o Mall of Emirates... sarete più centrali e raggiungerete bene qualunque posizione. Come spiaggia non perdetevi Jumeira Beach Park, ingresso circa un euro, parco, palme, spogliatoi, docce in spiaggia e mare cristallino (ma ricordate che il lunedì gli uomini non possono entrare, solo donne e bambini). Non perdetevi un bel safari nel deserto e le fontane danzanti (ogni sera alle ore 16:00 al Dubai Mall, proprio soto al grattacielo più alto del mondo). Enjoy Dubai!!!!!
“Very positive experience. I stayed with my family and we loved the room and service”
The staff are wonderful. They were very helpful, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. They repond promptly to our needs. The breakfast was fantastic. Room very clean and very comfortable. The location is pretty close to most facilities but require a reasonable walk to the metro station or the shopping malls, but once you are they there is plenty of choices. The price was excellent for the quality and service we received. I absolutely recommend this hotel to any business, single, or family stay.
“Good place to stay in Dubai”
I can recommend and advise this hotel to everyone, a nice place to stay, clean and tidy rooms, delicious breakfast, only problem was that hotel was full and crowded !!
“Great little Hotel, well located for Deira Area - Recommended”
Finding a Hotel in Dubai when you're on a budget is a nightmare of a task simply because there are so many to choose from. Where to stay? Will it be well located? Will the Hotel be good? So many reviews online, so many mixed opinions. But when i was searching, i found that the Rimal Rotana had overall good reviews and fell within my budget too! So i decided to give it a try and i was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are large and clean and have good facilites. The gym and pool on the rooftop is an added bonus! The 24 hour restaurant downstairs is a blessing! Great food and service even at 3am! Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Only downside was that my room was located next to a building which had some generator or water tank or something that made noise 24 hours. This was a little disruptive to my sleep. When i asked the following day if i could change my room, i was told that there were no rooms available and that the hotel was fully booked. I'm not sure how true this was because i did not see that many people at breakfast the following morning but overall it was a good stay and i would go back again. Better than Ibis or Premier Inn for sure!!! I had asked for an airport transfer before arriving in Dubai. Hotel arranged this for me at a price of 120Dhirams. They sent a black range rover with tinted windows which was an amazing way to arrive, but on the way back i got a taxi which only cost me 20Dhirams!
“Doesn't worth it”
The hotel is in very difficult location to find. When I called to ask how to get there, a female staff couldn't explain well and just transfer my phone to whoever. The female staff lost her patient to explain how to get to the hotel. Then, she arranged a noisy room for me. The 2nd day, the front desk told me that no taxi around so my husband and I needed to take the hotel's car. Car of the hotel was very smelly, not clean, and double price of a taxi. The 2nd day evening, I requested to change to a quite room and the front desk man ignored me.
“CLEAN ROOMS BUT SMALL BASIC HOTEL.”
I ASKED FOR NON SMOKING ROOM BUT LATER AT NIGHT COULD FEEL THE SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. ALSO THERE WAS A NOISY NEIGHBOUR ON THE SAME FLOOR AND WAS WOKEN UP AT 3 AM IN THE MORNING. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND HOTEL WITH JUST BASIC FACILITIES,SO IF YOU ARE JUST LOOKING FOR A CLEAN ROOM JUST TO SLEEP IN DEIRA THEN THIS IS A GOOD HOTEL TO STAY IN CONSIDERING THE PRICE OFFERED.

“Great place for a weekend away”
We stayed at the Rimal Rotana in March 2009. We would really recommend it as it was a clean, well located hotel with a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The prices are good, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. What more could you want for a few days away in Dubai?
“Great Hotel!”
I stayed with my family for 4 nights. The beds are very comfy and clean. Good location to see the city. Little far from the beach ( 45 min. car ride). But if you want to see the city, it's great. Close to a lot of shopping malls. If I go back to Dubai, I would definitly stay there again.
“langsam könnte mal wieder renoviert werden”
Ich war immer gerne im Rimal Rotana. Die zentrale Lage in Deira, die Gehnähe zur Deira City Mall sowie ein prima syrisches Restaurant quer über die Straße (Al Shami) macht es zu einem idealen Stadthotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sauber und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Allerdings ist das Hotel jetzt auch in bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, der Frühstücksservice - vor allem draußen auf der Terasse - ist nachlässig geworden. Schade eigentlich. Es hat mir immer sehr gut gefallen und meine letzte Kritik vor ca. 2 Jahren drückt das aus. Ich weiß, dass das Management wirklich einige Anstrengungen unternimmt, um diese Unzulänglichkeiten abzustellen, aber offensichtlich ist das noch nicht genug. Daher ist meine Kritik diesmal etwas "kritischer" als letztes Mal. Alles in allem aber ein solider gut geführter Hotelbetrieb.
