Hotel a El Reno

“Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and room temperature was easily adjusted to our liking. The staff helped in giving directions for a nearby restaurant. In the morning when I wanted water at breakfast bottled water was retrieved for me from the front desk and brought to my table.”

“Hotel was clean. Breakfast staff was very friendly.”

“The properties for sale so nothing’s getting fixed. Management is waiting to decide whether or not they get to keep their job. I guess room didn’t have a phone in it and the TV didn’t work. Not good.”

“I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast”

“When we first checked in, the staff was great, but when we had to extend our stay, they seemed to catch a attitude. I'm willing to give them another chance , because maybe the just had a bad day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend.”

“Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay.”

“Holes in the walls and infested with spiders and dirty sheets”

“First of all when we first got in the room there was a strong smell of mildew and dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and they came down and cleaned the toilet seat. Then I couldn’t sleep because I was itching like crazy. I finally fell asleep after the sun came up and had to check out by 11am. When I woke up my left arm was swollen pretty bad. Later that evening I went to the ER to have it checked out and found out I was bitten multiple times all over my body by bed bugs. I...

“Very clean and well equipped room. My two adult children and I were very pleased with everything. Loved the use of the small kitchen which included a space enough to prepare a meal. The full complimentary breakfast they provided was a great addition to our stay. We each had a delicious choice of what we’d like to eat.”

“We absolutely loved this hotel in Oklahoma City. It was a last minute book on our end and we will always look for an Embassy Suites going forward. We stayed at 2 other Hilton Hotels on our trip (not Embassy Suites) and this one was #1 for sure.”
