“We stayed at the LYV on Karl Marx Strasse and I’d recommend it for people looking for apartment style accommodations in an area of Berlin that is pretty lively and has great access to the U-Bahn and the Ring-Bahn. “15 Uhr sollten wir einchecken können und standen dann mithilfe des Haupttürcodes im Gebäude, jedoch war unser Zimmer weder vorbereitet noch überhaupt in der Säuberung. Mit einigen anderen Gästen mit demgleichen Problem haben wir den Support kontaktiert, die uns auch nicht richtig helfen konnten. Nach einer ewigen Wartezeit hat uns eine Dame beim Support (um 16:40 Uhr) unser Zimmer zugewiesen, sodass ich es öffnen konnte. “Ottima struttura, tutto curato nei minimi particolari. Livelli di pulizia eccellenti in tutti gli ambienti, dalla camera alle aree comuni. “Interni puliti. Ho apprezzato i cibi, le bevande e i prodotti per l'igiene personale e la pulizia forniti. Posizione ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto. Centro commerciale con supermercati, negozi e ristoranti a pochi passi a piedi. ”

“Struttura molto carina e pulita. Le stanze piccole ma confortevoli dotate di lavandino in camera, bagni in comune puliti ogni giorno dal personale. Colazione molto abbondante e di qualità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalla fermata dell'autobus 240 che porta in 5 min alla stazione U-Bahn e S-Bahn di Lichtenberg. Si trova vicino a un grosso supermercato e a diversi ristoranti dove si mangia molto bene a poco prezzo.”

“The property is clearly new and well-maintained. We found the room to be exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. However, the sofa bed mattress was a significant issue; it was far too thin and unstable. It dipped severely in the middle, making it impossible for my sister and me to get a good night's rest. With a mattress upgrade, this would be a five-star stay.”
