“Overall all experience is great”

“I stay in Comfort Suites all over the US. This is the second time staying here. The staff is always very nice and helpful but the hotel has gone down hill. The outside is ok can change the neighborhood but pick up the grounds. The inside is clean but the rooms look like they are under repair. There were drywall repairs done around the room and bathroom but not repainted. The mattress was not very comfortable with lots of divots. The pillows seemed new. The pool was not open. “Going through a major renovation. Received an email a couple of days ahead saying there was some construction. Would have been nice to have the option to cancel with no penalty or receive a credit toward future stays. The staff was helpful and did everything they could under the circumstances.”

“The room was clean and everything was in good condition. All lights and electrical outlets worked well. The only slight annoyance was the air conditioner compressor was extremely loud, though it did cool well.”

“The pull out mattress was disgusting. We found leftover food from previous guests still in the room. We also found ants in the room. A few of the staff also begrudgingly helped us whenever we asked for something and the breakfast was subpar as well as the pool which was not clean. Save your money and go somewhere else or keep driving until you can make it to a Drury Inn.”
