“Starting off we were assigned a room the staff was still in cleaning. They were flustered and rushed to complete. There was hair throughout the bathroom. The breakfast was not good. Hot items weren’t very hot and the coffee is just hot black water that tastes awful. Witness the breakfast attendant yell at a guest at breakfast when she accidentally dropped her eggs at the buffet.
