“I am extremely disappointed that, despite having booked and paid for accommodation through my business for a vulnerable person, and having received a booking confirmation, the accommodation was not available upon arrival. When we arrived at the property, we were informed that Expedia had double-booked the accommodation and that no room was available for us. As a result, I spent my entire Friday evening urgently searching for alternative accommodation to ensure that this vulnerable person did...

“The room was a 2 king bedroom. The beds comfy and the bathrooms and kitchen clean. The balcony could have used a sweep before we checked in and a lift would have been ideal for all the luagge to take to level 3. Breakfast was good and an inclusion with expedia. Kids loved the pool. ”

“PAY ATTENTION BEFORE TO BOOK THIS STRUCTURE! It’s a “fake” 4 stars hotel, with price of a 4 stars, but rooms and services of a 2 stars. I booked this hotel instead of another by choosing to pay more money because of pool presence. I was here during my honeymoon and we asked for a “nice pool view” room, as it was also shown in some picture from reservation process. When we arrived, given room was completely different from the one we selected and they said that “our room” closer to the pool given...
