Hotel a Fremont

“No coffee set up in room. No breakfast except at nearby restaurant.”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet,close access to restaurants, coffeehouses.”

“When we checked in they charged my card, then told us our room was on the second floor with no elevator. I explained that I was a senior with stair issues. Upon going up the stairs I fell so hard that two guest heard it and came out to see what happened. I called down to the front desk and I was told there was nothing can be done. We checked out the next morning asking for a refund for the second night, because I can't deal with the steps. I was told that there was nothing can be done, But...

“Quiet, cozy, good location to restaurants”

“Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there.”

“No hot water”

“We had a very nice stay at the hotel. It is nothing fancy but overall the room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was not great they didnt have much to choose from. The building is definately older but again nothing that really impacted the stay. The staff was nice and very friendly.”

“If you have asthma, allergies or sensitive to strong cleansers, chlorine and perfumes, you shouldn’t stay here. In addition, the night staff were very rude and didn’t have good customer service.”

“It’s a very old building that has been given a facelift. It looks great cosmetically but it’s in rough shape. There is not an elevator even though it’s a multi-story building. The first room we were given smelled like it had been smoked in, the second room had a fire hazard with a burnt outlet that shocked my wife when she touched the plug. After that they were all out of rooms so we had to find another spot to stay.”

“The property was being remodeled and our room wasn’t like the suite we had before in other Comfort locations. It certainly wasn’t worth the money.”

“Inexpensive but tolerable.”

“Nice getaway”

“Back of property was secluded and no heavy traffic or railroads near by. Nice seating area off dining area. Centrally located to meet or needs.”

“Eh first room i booked didnt have a door on the restroom so had to change it out. Afterwards the microwave didnt work at first so had to ask for another thay took awhile to receive. One of the beds didnt come with pillows. Lastly the room was never cleaned the whole week I was there.”

“The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room.”
