“Hotel di lusso molto bello. Le camere molto ampie e super accessoriate, letto comodissimo. La posizione è eccezionale praticamente al centro di tutto. Il personale un po’ snob, praticamente entri ed esci senza che ti vedi o ti saluti qualcuno, essenziale alle richieste. Nel complesso superlativo ”

“Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, die Zimmer waren sehr groß und hatten einen Balkon. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die Lage ist top zum erkunden der Stadt. Wir würden wieder buchen.”

“From the friendly greeting to the heartfelt goodbye, this was a very positive quick stay in Victoria. Parking was simple, the facilities clean and comfortable, the decor beautiful and our suite was a perfect place to relax after a day of travel and sightseeing. We were very impressed with the environmental initiatives by the hotel. Overall a wonderful experience.”

“Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!”

“Ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità della reception e la posizione dell'albergo, da cui si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi sia la zona del Fisherman che il Parlamento. Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo.”

“Un hotel 3 stelle che ne merita anche 4. Camere spaziose, personale gentile e molto solerte nelle pulizie e nel soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Posizione eccellente, di fronte al Parlamento e comodo sia per il trasporto pubblico che per ristoranti, negozi e passeggiate lungo il porto.”

“The kids really enjoyed the seals, otters, and blue herons in the harbour. Additionally, the pool, hot tub, and enjoyable stroll or water taxi to the other side of the harbour. The staff, views, and location were incredible!”

“Our room was beautiful and clean. However, my husband is a wheelchair and must use a lift to get into bed. The accessible room’s bed was on a pedestal and it was difficult to get him into bed. In accessible room’s the hotels need to consider that some people who are disable carry lifts with them. All bed should not be on a pedestal especially in wheelchair accessible room. This should be standard in all Hiltons. Also because he was in a wheelchair the parking was difficult. We were charge...

“The windows in our room were so dirty that it was hard to see the view. The rug was thread bear and had a hole that had been poorly repaired with the rug pad showing through . The gardens may have been lovely in years gone by but clearly aren’t getting any attention now. For almost $400 Canadian/ night I would expect more attention to detail and care for this beautiful old home. I won’t return”
