“The hotel was clean, functional, and perfectly adequate for my stay. However, I was surprised by the check-in policy. I arrived at 1:00 PM, just one hour before the standard 2:00 PM check-in time, and was told my room was already ready. The front desk offered to let me check in early but only for an additional $25 fee.
