“Hi,
We arrived at your holiday park 17th October for a weekend away for 3 nights. When arriving at the caravan we notice that the caravan smelt off wee and cigarettes. After a further investigation we notice that the was a urine stain on the sofa, the sofa was also covered on crumbs and dirty. We then discovered that there was hair in the bed, sink and shower. Picture below. We made the fastest decision that we aren’t staying in this caravan due to the poor hygiene and smell. Baring in mind this...

“This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancellation. Excellent choice! Near to airport (taxi £12 on Sunday night). Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room with spacious ensuite. Excellent cooked breakfast.”
