“Made a reservation through Hotel and management would not let me get a room. Claimed something was wrong with the payment (expired card). Mind you — I had a receipt that showed the room was paid for. When I asked buddy why was he trying to charge me again, he told me not to question him. Hotel tried calling over and over again and no one could get through. Never again will I book a room at this location.”

“No spa...lol no cable or remote only antenna. “The first room they gave us had hair in the bed and flies in the bathroom. The hallway was missing ceiling tiles and leaking water to the floor. There was a strange odor. The service desk did not provide an iron or a hair dryer. Our key card stopped working and I had to get it reprogrammed, they did not validate my identity when I gave them my room number - anyone could have gotten access to my room! There was no daily housekeeping.”
