“Where to begin. Pool and spa were closed. Door knob almost fell off the door. Curtain rod was off track. Burnt out light bulbs. Breakfast was horrible. Watery eggs. Sausage was barely warm. Biscuits were raw. Not even baked and gravy was not good. Eating area is tiny. Can’t even move around. Maybe seats 20 at best. Should have been $60/night. Actually trying to figure out a way to get a major refund. May just call corporate. All in all never staying again. There’s a Homewood suits literally...

No one ever at front desk nor did they answer phone.
Breakfast bare minimum.
Bed new and comfortable.
Partially assembled new furniture in my room.
Micro desk lamp, coffee maker has no access to a power source.
Bathroom mostly renovated.

“My stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and room-related issues.
First, my room did not have both a microwave and refrigerator as expected. I had to request that a microwave be moved from another room to mine.
Second, the hotel's front entrance door had an extremely loud squeak that could be heard clearly from my room, especially at night when trying to sleep. After the first night, I informed the manager and suggested that a simple application of lubricant could likely resolve...

“I just used this room to take a nap in, I didn’t want to fall asleep driving.
& I don’t have my car camping set up ready yet…
I was on the first floor, there alone, single woman. I did NOT like the fact that my window was unlocked. This is a huge safety concern in the world we have today, and human trafficking being prominent.
The price is unbeatable.
The room was mediocre at best.
I couldn’t find the TV remote.

“Only 2 outlets worked in our room, found a few bugs and noticed staff but nothing was done, didn’t have a remote to the tv so we asked for one and they had to go get one from a different property, then the remote they brought was dead. There’s a homeless guy living right outside the rear entrance in a home made of pallets and tarp. Not a very welcoming place. Would not stay again”

“The gentleman who checked us in was SO helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the pool area was clean. The big pool was pretty cold but still fun once you got in and used to the water temp. the breakfast was running low by the time we got there in the morning but it was still delicious. Ill definitely recommend this place and stay again.”
