“L'hotel, facile da trovare, lascia a desiderare per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli spazi comuni: la hall è maleodorante e bisogna sottolineare che è il luogo dove consumare la colazione (un pò contenuta rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel frequentati nel nostro viaggio negli USA) !!! L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”

“We booked what we thought was a two queen pool side room like we had two years ago. The outdoor portion of the pool is now filled in and pool side rooms no longer exist but the pics on the website and on Expedia still show the outdoor pool. A regular two queen room was at least $25 less per night than the two queen pool side we had. It’s very misleading.”

“Very small rooms in this old-fashioned roadside motel. Some cosmetic upgrades have taken place but there's only so much you can do for an old cinder block building. The biggest problem was heat. It's radiant heat with no way to control it. They have a fake thermostat for a central air furnace on the wall, but it does nothing. It's March and the only way to get the heat below 80 is to leave windows open! Doesn't feel to safe leaving ground level windows open. We were roasting hot. We also...

“The staff was awesome, especially Mr. Fehim He goes beyond the meaning of customer service and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise! He brought me anything that I needed including an iron and ironing board. This is a place to get a good night sleep and rest for whatever you need to do the next day. When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!”

“The barn door that they had for the bathroom fell off, the cupboard door under the television was torn off, the corner shelf in the shower was torn off and the bathtub backed up”

“Overall we had a great stay, but it started out very disappointing. My husband and I were on a getaway for his 50th birthday and we had stayed in a bed and breakfast the night before. I had scheduled spa appointments at 1pm so we figured we would go to the hotel early and see if they weren't sold out on a random Thursday night and perhaps they might have a room ready. “First and foremost the staff was exceptional. All helpful and checking in if we needed anything anytime we saw someone. Drink vouchers and buffet was an added perk we were not expecting. Walking distance to shops and other fun places. Short drive to boat ramp and Bronners. I recommend staying there as I would stay there again.”
