“The place is fairly new, just in the wrong location. Parking is all fence enclosed.
The problem is the staff. I am a senior citizen and that did not affect their attitude. They implied that I was hiding someone else to join me in my room since I was registered as a single but had a king size bed. They also impressed upon me that there were to be no guests overwhelming the facility, apparently believing that I had lied. “Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left.”

“Staff were so nice and helpful! From the front desk to the cafe attendants everyone was very kind and attentive.
The room was very clean and well maintained! Housekeeping serviced our room and replaced used towels with fresh ones, made beds, and took the trash.
There is a microwave and fridge in the room. There is no coffee maker in the room, but freshly ground coffee is available in the lobby 24/7!
Breakfast was ok…no waffles but a fancy pancake making machine. Eggs, potatoes, sausage,...

“Missed the mark on every front sadly! Driving up to the property, the staff parked their cars at the entrance and the first note I see is one saying “Don’t” and “pool closed” before the welcome sign.
The desk clerk was slothful but the worst was the smell once the elevator doors opened. Musky? Yes. Moldy? Yes. Sour?
