The only thing was the shower floor was very slippery, thank goodness for the railing! An anti-slip floor would be a great improvement.”

“Tried getting a top floor room to avoid stomping from upstairs guests but they didn’t have any available and once settled in we had constant stomping from above. When trying to go out the elevator wasn’t working for hours on end so everyone resorted to use stairs with no sign on elevator to signify if it was working or not. Rooms were nice just don’t feel like it deserves the 4.9 stars it says has”

“The room had roaches and the door to the exterior room that we booked didn't even close securely cause you could see light coming through. This place was too overly packed with kids that made it very uncomfortable feeling and couldn't enjoy ourselves. With so many people the pool was not very clean.
