“The restaurant and check-in staff were really great. The check out staff was kind of rude.
We stayed on the 5th floor and after literally 45 trips to India and I can say this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed (and I have a high tolerance for cultural diversity and don’t require luxury). The 5th floor hallway has a stink like overstated rat urine that I have never experienced in my life. It immediately invoked my gag relax and I have PTSD from the smell. “Floor was not cleaned properly, bathroom door broken, no housekeeping every day, outside food not allowed, 1 towel allowed per room even 2 or 3 person, when booked mentioned free complementary breakfast but denied to serve complementary breakfast, bedsheet not replaced with new one, seems darty used one with lot of dust and dart, can't sleep whole night because of noice coming for road rooms are not sound proof. Not suggested try something else other than this”
