“Just some confusion about having a cc down prior to arrival even though it was already paid for thru Expedia. Called them and put my card down and then got another message about no card so I called again and they put it on the wrong folio. Just seemed confusing. Requested early check in that I would pay for and that seemed to be a hassle even with them offering it. Facility was nice. Staff was nice, just maybe needing more training”

“If you’re a non smoker you may want to find another spot. Check into the hotel and anytime you want to go into the casino or most restaurants/bars you have to walk thru the smoking section…which is huge. Poor ventilation. Bigger restaurant is understaffed and the waitress are working their butts off trying to accommodate everyone.”
