“As a woman traveling by herself, I did not feel comfortable staying at this motel and ended up cutting my time there short. When I returned the first evening to my room, there were several men silently loitering outside right by my room’s door, and I did not feel safe there. Also the room was really worn-out, decrepit and smelly.
The family who run the motel were very nice, but that’s the only good thing I could say.”

“The bar was closed due to something about a permit. So if you want a. Wet or glass of wine …. Bring your own. And there was not coffee set up in Lobby in the morning. I think this is SOP at most hotels as who likes dunking around with those little coffee makers in your room. I’d ask for a refund on this stay as it didn’t come thru as depicted but I enjoyed the staff. Very nice people.”

“We loved the room. Everything was clean and neat. The common areas were awkwardly quiet. The reception area could have used some background music or even white noise. People who were there waiting on a high energy concert were speaking in hushed tones. For people who want a very serene atmosphere, this is it. Also, the pool area--while very clean--is virtually non-descript. Not inviting, echoey. But absolutely met the requirements, just no positive personality.”
