Hotel a Houston est

“The room was clean. The tv had plenty of options. Breakfast was good. The only problem I I incurred was the air conditioning. It was not cooling when I arrived around 8:00pm. By the time we went to bed it still was not cooling. Each time I called, the front desk said they were resetting it but that did not work. Finally around 11:00pm I got dressed and walked downstairs and the clerk said the previous clerk had it set on “auto” and she changed it to “on.” Finally the air cooled the room...

“Hotel difficile da trovare, non essendo presente la via sul GPS. Alla reception abbiamo aspettato circa una decina di minuti prima che si presentasse l'addetto. Camera pulita e nuova. Colazione nella media con scarsa varietà.”

“This hotel was, without a doubt, the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. The problems began the moment I arrived at 11 PM, exhausted after a long day, only to find the entrance gate completely closed with no clear signage or instructions for late-night guests. I attempted to call the hotel for assistance, but no one answered the phone — a basic expectation that any 24-hour establishment should meet. After considerable frustration, I managed to locate an alternate gate and made my way...

“We stay in places like this all the time. If we come to Houston again, we would definitely stay here again. I just get so frustrated with pools at places like this. They're always filled with pee. You can't see past your hand in front of your face when you look underwater with goggles on. Other than that, the beds were fulls size but super comfortable and everything was very clean. Also, it's next door to Denny's, walking distance to a famous Mexican restaurant, and really close to Kroger's....
