Hotel a Innisfail

“The grass had not been cut in front of the hotel, made it look unkept. The smoking area is right outside the front door, so the first thing you see walking up is a large bucket of cigarette butts. The room is satisfactory. The beds and pillows were good. The water pressure for the shower was terrible and the sink faucet wasn’t working properly. Stayed at much nicer hotels form less money.”

“Up charged a significant amount for the weekend. Overflowing garbage bins were right outside the door, making it so windows couldn’t be opened due to the smell. Poorly maintained. The room had multiple plastered holes in the wall. The furniture was stained and dirty. Every step and movement from upstairs could be heard in the room.”

“Toilet was broken in the room therefore we were moved to another room after we had unpacked everything so very inconvenient. Soap dispenser in the ladies main bathroom by the pool didn't work so no soap and they didn't fix it. The gym didn't have a remote for the TV and there wasn't any wipes to clean gym equipment before or after use. TV wasn't used in the room as the remote didn't seem to work to open a channel and unable to figure out how it worked. The continental breakfast was good and...

“I booked at $89.00 and &151.00 came up on my Credit Card ! Would never ever book third party again !”

“A little older but you can tell they clean it very well. Really good sized rooms for the price. Breakfast was your regular bread and bagel assortment. They had sausage, boiled eggs and tater tots for a hot option. And the staff was really nice. Would stay here again.”

“the hotel is very rundown, we stayed with our 4 year old grandson in a walk out suite to the pool What a disappointment, the floors were dirty, the couch was dirty , it hasn't been updated in YEARS. nothing good about this hotel The Tv did not work, no channels would come on Do NOT stay here. AWFUL.”

“Excellent hotel, only 2 suggestions for improvements: Pool and fitness room could close stlighly later on week ends at least. 10 pm is too early. Additionally, please offer more choices for the coffee in the room and in the breakfast.”

“The hot water was not hot, which affected the soaking in Jacuzzi. I had to have the key card fixed a number of times. It was the 3rd night that the front desk told me about the card couldn't be close to my cell phone.”
