The hotel itself was decent and the location is great. However 1 month after we returned, I received a call from a manager telling me their books were off from the day we were there and did we happen to buy drinks or snacks. I had no memory or knowledge Of any transactions - if I or my kids had paid cash or card or charged to the room. The approach was very unprofessional, aggressive in tone, and manipulative. He very rudely told me he would be running my card without my authorization and no detailed receipt or even proof it was for us. He would not let me talk to a supervisor and told me he only answered to the owner of the hotel, which was found to be untrue. Eventually a higher-up was able to send me a detailed receipt of our $60 worth of charges that accidentally did not get ran and I approved the transactions no problem. Just a bad judgement and terrible customer service that ruined the experience and will cause me to find other places to stay.
