“The host was very welcoming and gave a very detailed explanation. Although I was only staying one night, I felt the warmth and care of family. The room was clean; it was obviously cleaned regularly, many times a week.”

“The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it.”

“Hotel location really good, in front of Rose Garden. Breakfast quality and variety was good. The only needed improvement, would be the acoustic insulation.”

“This is one of my favorite hotels ever and we travel all over the world frequently. The entire staff took great care of. Can’t say enough good things about the concierge Baj. He helped us with transportation, tours and even made sure we were able to get breakfast in before an early tour. The hotel was gorgeous too but the staff made it even more special. Highly recommend.”

“I don’t usually bother writing reviews but the value for money here was amazing! We booked a twin room with our toddler and had breakfast each morning the hotel was lovely and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was so good!!! And the room was a great size. Will definitely be back.”

“This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated.”
