“We checked in and one of the beds was not clean. We had to request new sheets and pillowcases because there was hair all over the pillow and bed. The other bed was clean. They comped our parking for the inconvience of the dirty bed. I went to check out and it hadn’t been taken off. There was no note left about it but I had the text message to prove it. The front desk wouldn’t remove the charges until I told her I wasn’t leaving without it being taken off.
It wasn’t the greatest experience but...
