ottimo per visitare downtown

Albergo di livello con Macy's al piano terra, ottimo per colazione o acquisti. Parcheggi a basso costo molto vicino. Finiture buone della camera, manca il frigo.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. L'hotel è centrale, con molti servizi. Si accede direttamente ad un centro commerciale dalla hall dell'hotel Raggiungibili comodamente Staples Center, Grammy Museum etc.

I pro: comfortable bed and good view.
I contro: Room needs to be updated. Looks like they are working on that. Should be fine once renovations are done.
Posizione: Walking distance to LA live area. Relatively close to many of the districts.
The hotel is undergoing renovations so it was not an inviting atmosphere. The wait staff in the rooftop restaurant were not attentive the first night we were in there, too busy watching tv and got our order wrong (we only had a couple of cocktails). The second evening was much better. The room needed some upgrading; a bit worn but the beds were comfortable.

Hotel is Under Major Renovation

I pro: Not anything to like, even the main dinning room on the 24th floor needs a tremendous make over
I contro: The information we receive on the web site could be improved, especially renovation conditions of this nature.
Posizione: There are plenty of excellent places near by due to the proximity of the hotel to the Staples and Nokia Center.
I was extremely disappointed in the reservation. I arrived late evening and the entire first floor was under major renovation If I would of arrived earlier I would have cancelled regardless of receiving a refund and went elsewhere but it was extremely late in the evening and I though I could work through the hotels conditions The pictures on Trivago do not match the conditions I found at this location. The main floors were dirty and the entire hotel smelled like humid dirt from all the construction. My room had water damage and rust marks all over the outdated bathroom. I am honestly trying to be courteous here but the staff did not make matters any better. They do not act professional and just ignore you when you point out how unprofessional they act. As I walked to my room other hotel guest where rolling their eyes in disappointment. If a hotel is under major renovation I strongly feel we should be made aware of it so that we can make a more informed decision. I took some quick pictures before my cell battery died but I could have spent a hour taking them and did not have the time. This may be the last time I use Trivago

The staff was very rude the rooms extremely dirty no lobby it was being renewd and no one told us the front desk very rude and didn't offer us any information about hotel and facility and they didn't even bother the internet was not conplemntry and being a member in SPG they refused to upgrade or give us any facility and breakfast was not included as well

I contro: it was during renovation, a little bit of confusion. it should communicate better
Posizione: so many great near by places - universal studios, great restaurants, walt disney music hall, hollywood walk of fame and many mores
front desk people were very helpful and friendly. they took time to explain the parking and places for things to do for fun

Last night in America

I contro: Free wi-fi in the rooms should be included in the price
Having spent 16 days travelling the USA and staying in basic accommodation I was really looking forward to staying here on my last night. The location is fantastic right next to Macy's plaza and 7th street metro. Staff very helpful with arranging a shuttle bus to LAX. The hotel is currently undergoing some construction work, as is Macy's plaza. Would stay again.

Convenient location

Hotel is under renovation so you don't get the full value if what you actually paid for. However, the hotel offered complimentary wifi in the lobby, coffee, business computer. Overall, it is nice and clean.

Hotel under renovation. Room A/C was useless.

Bare bones room for top dollar price. No bathroom ventilation and room AC didn't work.
