Letti scomodi

Typical all-inclusive resort

Data di pubblicazione: 27-lug-2014
I pro: Ocean view from the beach.
I contro: Atmosphere, food, alcoholic beverages and demographic.
Posizione: Location is ideal for going to downtown Cabo and the Marina.

Beach front but outdated

Staff was amazing! These folks were big on hospitality. Lunch and dinner get 2 out of 10. Beds are super hard and not cozy.

Awesome vacation - Clean and friendly resort

Data di pubblicazione: 25-lug-2014
I pro: Friendly Staff, Great Drinks, Awesome view
I contro: Food
Posizione: Close to downtime, definitely worth checking out. Walked to Asi & Asado for dinner - great little taco joint.
We had a great experience at this resort. Great views, friendly staff, and top shelf liquor. On the downside, the pool closes at 7pm which is quite early. Also, the food was mediocre at best... but that's what you'd expect at an all-inclusive resort. On the last day, we walked over to Riu Sante Fe which seemed very impressive. No ocean view, but for the cost savings, I'd recommend giving it a look.

Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Data di pubblicazione: 25-lug-2014
Posizione: Took a sailing/snorkeling tour with CaboSailing and had a spectacular time! Also booked an offshore fishing tour with Minerva's and caught some marlin!
The hotel was kept immaculately clean with a veritable army of staff. The views from our ocean front room were spectacular, and the food was amazing! Typically when food is cooked for mass numbers of guests, the quality suffers a bit, but in the case of the Riu Palace, we were never disappointed! We especially liked the sushi place. The drinks were steadily provided by friendly pool staff, and they did not skimp on the alcohol in the drinks. We had no hesitation in tipping our waiters, pool staff, and room maid as they all did a fantastic job!! I don't think the tipping was expected, but we were happy to reward the great service we were given.

Wonderful All-Inclusive

Data di pubblicazione: 25-lug-2014
I pro: Beautiful grounds, everything is centrally located and easy to get to. Variety of activities for all ages
I contro: Pool bar could stay open a bit longer (closes at 6pm)
Posizione: A bit far from downtown, but staff can easily get you there. Most activities will pick you up directly at the hotel.
We stayed here July 19-23, 2014 This place really is all-inclusive, you won't pay any more while on the grounds! Hotel staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful at all times. The bar staff are very friendly and chat you up while serving you whatever you ask for (even after they close a lot of times!). The entire ambiance is very laid back. We had no trouble getting reservations to all the 'themed' restaurants. Our only minor complaints were: 1) Sometimes the room staff didn't fully stock back towels (we didn't have washcloths one night, no tub mat another), 2) Lunch buffet was not very appetizing and not much variety (same bland stuff every day), 3) There are pool tables but you have to pay $1 to use them? Everything else was included, not sure sure why that wasn't, 4) Website claims it's close to a beach you can swim at, but it's really not. Only place(s) to swim you have to take a taxi or a city bus to.

My boyfriend and I decided to take a seven day vacation and right away decided Cabo would be great. For days we looked for a resort and found riu palace. Once we got there everyone was just great. The food was great and the service was just amazing. The beach and view is also very beautiful. I will be coming back.
