“Close to convention centre”

“Rooms are very “European” and sleek. Room was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable - sheets were awesome. Excellent location for an event at the Canada Life Centre. Will definitely stay again!”

“Our room had blood sprayed on the ceiling, down the entire wall, on the baseboard, and towel rack in the bathroom. Staff were not helpful they cleaned some of it up. They never offered any alternatives or options and upon check out we brought it up again and still nothing was offered. Additionally we were charged to park in their owned hotel only parking lot, an additional $24.”

“Even though the hotel is a bit old and tired (it will close for a year for a very welcome renovation of the 340 rooms and amenities), Eren and his staff made the stay incredibly enjoyable. They bend backwards to accommodate your every wish and treat you like royalty. Truly exceptional, well done!!”

“The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are good. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room, it frankly didn’t work, sweaty nights. We booked 5 rooms for three nights and everything other than the air conditioning in our room was excellent.”
