Hotel di lusso, nuovo, dotato di tutti i comfort, piacevole e silenzioso. Accoglienza e cortesia splendidi. Zona residenziale e commerciale, molto tranquilla. Vicino al centro, facilmente raggiungibile in metro.

Enjoyed the Adler as the location in the center of the city was perfect and being in the art and shopping district there was so much to see and do. I would stay there again anytime.

“Very comfortable small hotel with excellent staff”

We stayed for 5 nights at this small and comfortable hotel in an elegant part of Madrid. The room was quite a good size with a large bed and was well equipped. Our son had a smaller standard room with a smaller bed but it was equally well furnished. No silly cards advertising restaurants or asking you to save (water??) by hanging up towels. The location is most convenient. Excellent staff. One of the reasons we chose it was the 'free' wifi. (Why don't all hotels include it in their rates?). However for a significant part of our stay the wifi was not available in our rooms although allegedly it was in the reception area. For the price charged and the clientele they attract, this lapse was important. and should have been remedied immediately. We didn't eat in the restaurant as a result of the high prices, but we did enjoy an excellent continental breakfast in the bar each morning.

“Great stay!”

We had an overnight layover before returning home, so didn't spend much time. We arrived at almost midnight but they kept the kitchen open for us to order room service. Food was good. Breakfast the next morning was disappointing - very expensive for stuff I could get at the local grocery store for cheap! But other than that, it was a great stay.

Wish we could have stayed longer. This hotel was a classic gem.

We had a really great stay. The staff were friendly, really helpful, knowledgeable and good fun. The hotel was really lovely and in a great position to access the sights either on foot or by public transport. It's worth eating in the hotel restaurant as the food is excellent although I would go to a local cafe for breakfast as that is really expensive for what you're getting. When we return to Madrid this will be our hotel of choice

“Very nice!”

All the extra touches, from fresh fruit and flowers in the room upon arrival to a very comfortable bed. They definitely deserve the five star rating. The only down side (if you consider it a negative), is that the location is a bit further from the tourist sites than the other hotel we used earlier; however, the Adler's location is in a very nice neighborhood, which is pretty quiet. I wouldn't let this discourage you from staying here - if you're using taxi's, it makes no difference.

“Fantastic Hotel If You Are From Spain!”

Very clean and ellegant hotel with an exellent location. However, staff service level lacks for a 5 star hotel. When traveling to a foreign land, it's nice to have a friendly, welcoming staff greet you with a warm smile and professional etiquette A 5 star hotel staff should be eager to please their guests, this was not the situation upon my arrival. WIFI is not free as I was informed, and if you request an exchange rate at this hotel, be sure to request a receipt. My situation was rushed due to the fact that I needed to pay the taxi for the airport transfer...and I feel I was taken advantage of...I wondered if the receiptionist simply exchanged currency (at an awfully unfair rate) from her own wallet!
