“Beautiful historic building with classy rooms, in a good location and at a competitive price for the area. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and effective valet service. Decent on-site bar and restaurant. Minor downsides - shower water pressure low and hard to set a moderate temperature. Parking is pricey, and extra charge for a fairly standard Hilton breakfast buffet. Not flawless, but a very solid option if visiting downtown.”

Between the cold air blowing on us and the intermittent noise of the unit running, it was hard to hear the TV, let alone get to sleep. “Overall, I had a great stay at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location and dining options were excellent with free parking which is hard to come by close to the city. The main drawback is that it’s not kid-friendly. If you’re traveling with a child, you may need to drop them off in the lobby before parking, and you’ll have to go through security each time you head to a restaurant or return from the parking...
