“We just returned from a NASCAR weekend and part of that was staying the Vine B&B. I sincerely hope we can return next year. The room was comfortable and our hosts, Tim and Jennifer were more than hospitable. “The property looks nicer ce on the outside. Clean and up to date. The inside needs some upgrades. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good washer pressure. It just needs updated.”

“They were very under staffed and staff made that very clear. We asked house keeping for clean towels and told them they didn’t need to clean our room. They told us they were too busy and so we used the same towels for 3 days. Lots of kids. Lots of kids. Tyler who checked us in was great, worked his tail off. The older black lady who did breakfast Saturday morning 5/6 was fantastic!”

“Hotel is VERY dirty... poorly managed lifeguards play on their personal phone more than they do their job. They have SERIOUS ELECTRICAL ISSUES.... only half the water park worked and not the part with the main attraction , the only thing working was the lazy river and the kids ankle deep water. Our room had food and clothes still on the floor when we checked in i'm gonna ask for a manager again , when we checked out and...

“No ice machine. No elevator, Although the clerk asked her "babe" to carry up my suitcase. Whole place is Dirty & old. My room: Needs so many updates. Carpet old & smelly. Bathroom was so run down. Jet tub/shower was rusty, & in ill repair, I just couldn't bring myself to get in to shower. The air-conditioning fan clicked all the time. Chair was so saggy in the middle I dropped down when I sat in it. ”

“These rooms aren't being cleaned at all. We got our 1st room just 1 bed. 2nd room was filthy.! finaly the 3rd room, was dirty but we gave in. Just sad.”

“Pool is drained and non-operational. Room was VERY dusty! Cobwebs hanging from the side of the artwork on the wall to the wall itself. Ambient light fixture in headboard was covered in a layer of dust that was at least a month old, as were other flat low-touch surfaces. For $200/night, I expect a room that is CLEAN and where it is obvious that it has been cleaned thoroughly, not just cleaned with a lick and a prayer.”

“Stayed 1 night. Check in went well. Room is very old. Toilet kept running. TV didn't stay working. Neighbors were noisy and parked in front of my room. Won't be staying again. Musty smell.”

“As I walked through the doors, the lobby was musty smelling. The man behind the desk had a wrinkled shirt on, that he also had on the next day. The pool was dirty, I wouldn't swim. The room wasn't cleaned throughly. The light in the shower/toilet room went out. That will be the last time I stay at a comfort in.”
