“Bula Spirt was nowhere to be seen. Owner clearly is sucking the place dry and not a cent spent on up keep. Food was really basic, trouble with over croweded boats and staff are very unhappy. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Very unpleasant stay, such a shame”

“Our room was near the pools and lagoon which meant easy access. There were lots of free activities offered, some of which were in the large outdoor pool if you wanted to join in. The staff were very friendly, helpful and seemed to be happy to be working at the Marriott no matter what they were doing...and had beautiful singing voices which we often heard if a celebration was held or a person was leaving. The breakfast offered a large, varied selection of food for all nationalities to choose...

“The hotel was great, unfortunately the staff offered to bring our bags to the port, then forgot. So we were on the boat to the island before learning that our baggage had been left behind.”

“Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. A special thank you to Emosi, Nate, David, Peter, and Seru for their kindness and hospitality. Our oceanfront bure had beautiful views, and we enjoyed walking in the shallow waters at low tide, spotting purple starfish and other sea life. Snorkeling was good all around the island, and the sandbar trip to the coral walls was a highlight. The resort is older than pictured online,...
